Knowing what to pack and other ways to prepare can ensure trip safety. Healthy travel also means taking certain precautions once you arrive at your destination. Remember that protecting your health is always important, even when you’re on a carefree getaway.





1) Plan Your Itinerary to give yourself time to adjust to a new place


2) Get Any Needed Immunizations


3) Protect Yourself With Insurance


4) Pack a First Aid Kit


5) Carry On all Prescriptions


6) Fend Off Airplane Germs
